Downloads everything — every wedding, task, budget line, run sheet line and supplier — as one file. The database has no undo, so take one before anything big. Keep it somewhere that isn't this computer.
This is what the couple sees at the top of their portal. Nothing here is hard-coded into the app, so when another planner signs up they get their own.
Your own scratchpad. Nobody outside Gee What a Wedding ever sees this — not a couple, not a supplier, not a printed sheet.
Shown on the couple's overview. Left blank, the card simply doesn't offer that way of contacting you.
How far ahead you want to hear about something due. Any individual task or payment can override this — set it once here and you'll rarely touch it again.
The skeletons you start a wedding from. Build one on a real wedding, save it from there, and it appears here — then apply it to the next one and cut down what that couple doesn't have. Nothing is baked in: no suppliers, no venues, no amounts.
Your client handbook, Canva documents, a styling guide — anything that lives at a link. These appear on the couple's dashboard so they stop digging through their inbox for them. Links rather than uploads, so revising the original updates it here.
What a supplier is doing on a wedding — Photographer, Celebrant, Transportation. These are the ticks on a supplier's card. Renaming one here renames it everywhere it is already ticked.
What a supplier is — Florist, Venue, Caterer. Added as you go, from a contact's card. This finds the ones that look like the same thing written twice, so you can decide. Nothing here changes anything — it only shows you.
Team sees the run sheet and suppliers of every wedding, read only, with no money and no progress. Assistant and Owner see everything, including every bank detail. Invite by email; they join the first time they sign in.
Every edit across every wedding, newest first. Each line says who did it. Use this to see what someone else has been doing without opening ten projects.
Everything removed from this business, kept so you can read it back or put it where it was. A restore returns the item itself — not anything the database removed alongside it, like a budget line's payment history.
